Once a year, the city of Tranås (Sweden) opens its doors, cultural centers, venues and restaurants to a collection of creators who have traveled from all over to be part of At the Fringe, an International Festival which brings together poetry, performance, film, visual art, workshops and talks in Swedish and other languages. This Festival now morphs into a hybrid entity that also provides documentation of its existence for an online audience, and promises to continue expanding its reach and serving as a platform for arts and free speech.

Colm Kiernan is the wizard behind this project, and in this episode of Red Transmissions, he shares the nuts and bolts of what it is to Fringe.
